| What is the Mitchell Community Scholarship
Fund? |
| The fund was established in 2001 to assist MitchellÕs graduating
seniors attain their goals of continuing educational opportunities.
Your financial support will establish scholarships that will
help these students realize their dreams. |
| Who makes up the Mitchell Community Scholarship
Fund? |
| You do! Businesses, organizations, and individuals
are providing the support our students need. Our goal is to
provide a scholarship to every Mitchell High School and Mitchell
Christian School graduate who goes on pursue education beyond
high school. It is the goal of this fund to encourage continuing
education to all of MitchellÕs gradating seniors by providing
funds through scholarships. Funds are held and managed by
the Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation. 100% of money raised
is dedicated to scholarship awards. |
| How does it work? |
| By making an annual gift, making a pledge to the endowment
fund, or endowing a scholarship, your gift of any size will
assure much needed support to Mitchell students. All students
are eligible for the funds after submitting a completed application
form. |

| Pledged Gifts |
| By pledging $1000 annually for five years (total $5000),
your money will grow and result ing a Named Endowment Scholarship
that will fund one student annually. |
| Endowed Scholarships |
| A gift of $5000 will endow one scholarship. The interest
will be awarded annually to a student as a Named Endowed Scholarship. |

| The Mitchell Community Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 organization.
All contributions are tax deductible in accordance with IRS
regulations. This fund is separately managed and has no fiscal
relationship with the Mitchell School Distric or Mitchell
Christian School. |
