The Mitchell School District celebrated their district Teachers of the Year and Classified Staff of the Year on Wednesday, February 28th at the Sherman Center on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan. Angela Putnam was chosen as District Classified Staff of the Year and Molly Becker was chosen as District Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Becker will now apply to be the Regional Teacher of the Year and if chosen will enter the selection process for South Dakota Teacher of the Year.
