Miss Hart's kindergarten class has had the privilege to have an amazing DWU student, Miss Bramer, in their classroom. She has helped these students in so many ways! From helping them with their school work to building confidence in each little one, she has made a wonderful and meaningful impact on each student. We are sad that today is her last day so glad to have had so much fun with her the last couple of months. Thank you, Miss Bramer!
Recently our first graders hosted a Readers Café! They invited their parents to come join them for coffee and cookies while they read them some of their favorite books. It was such a fun way to show off all the hard work these first graders have done and their growth when it comes to reading! Thank you to Mrs. Jerke & Mrs. Cassutt for planning such a wonderful event to feature all the hard work the first graders have done! Huge shoutout to all the parents that were able to attend and enjoy a good story & a little treat!
Mrs. Vogl's class of first-graders were lucky enough to have the wonderful DWU student, Miss Huber, in their classroom for the last couple of months. She was an amazing addition to the classroom and helped them with so much as they learned different subjects, in academics and beyond. We truly enjoyed having such a cheerful future teacher in our classroom and can't wait to see her succeed more. We will miss you in 1V, Miss Huber!

Mrs. Cassutt and her team of second-grade mathematicians are hard at work today! Using the roll of three dice, they constructed a three-digit number to enhance their addition skills. It's fantastic to witness such a fun and engaging approach to mastering math!
Mrs. Budahl's second-grade class is working hard with their math activity today! They completed a fun math activity that focused on area. What a fun activity to expand on their knowledge of finding area!

This afternoon, Mrs. Brua's first-graders embarked on an exciting journey to boost their fact fluency, thanks to the incredible support of Moby Max! With their laser focus and determination, they eagerly dove into the world of numbers. Way to go, little mathematicians!
Keep saving your County Fair Saver Cards!! The contest is through Friday, April 26th, so don't forget to turn your saver cards into your child's classroom.
This afternoon Miss Gina worked on reading comprehension with some students! These students read about foxes and how they can be found in different areas of the world and all the different types of foxes. After this activity, we are sure these students would be quick like a fox to share their knowledge!
Mrs. Way's class was working on independent reading! One student had a hard time picking out which book to read. We hope you enjoyed your book today!
