Viviennes Flat Stanley traveled to Sioux Falls and visited Scheels. Even got to ride on the Ferris Wheel
Flat Gordon arrived in Charlevoix, MI and was greeted by Grandma and Grandpa and friends with a delicious dinner. He was also able to spend time with Great Aunt and Uncle for a yummy breakfast. Thanks for checking in.


Ryder's Flat Stanley was able to take a trip to Huron "Home of the Worlds Largest Pheasant" with Ryder's dad.

Haddie in 2B's Flat Stanley has been lucky indeed, he brought the rain to Texas says his friend Nancy, He went to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. He even got to go to the Emergency room with his host mom where he learned to not be afraid of Doctors and Nurses.




Haddie in 2B's Flat Stanley has arrived and checked in from Thousand Oaks, CA. He has had some delicious coffee, went to the pool, got to see where they have the voting all set up, even went to a golf course. His friend Nancy even gave him his own golf cart to help get around.




Flat Conner was able to head to Rapid City to go to their library with his cousins. I wonder if their library is as cool as ours :)

In Library 2B, 2C, and 2S students are reading all about Stanley Lambchop. You may know him as "Flat Stanley" He was flattened by a bulletin board and now gets to go on many adventures. Our students have been mailed off to loved ones and are getting to go on some adventures themselves. As our flat friends check in we are filling in our US maps coloring the states that were visited. We are looking up the capitals, abbreviation, state flag and flower. We are also drawing the state flag and state flower. We have had check ins from 5 states so far.
We have had a lot of "Flat Students check in from all over so far.
Ruger in 2S had a rough trip throught the laminator but was able to head out looking for Pheasants at A1 Al's Pheasant Ranch in Emery SD

Our GBR Student Council representative (5th) joined representatives from the other elementary schools as well as Mitchell Middle and High School at Mayor Bob Everson’s office to celebrate American Education Week (AEW).
The mayor read a proclamation about AEW and gave each representative a signed copy. What a fun way to celebrate as a district! #GBR🏹
