Requesting Dual Credit Transcripts
Parchment is the transcript ordering site for Black Hills State University, Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota Mines, South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota. These are all schools with the South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR).
Each official transcript costs a standard fee of $9 plus applicable taxes.
Transcripts from Dakota Wesleyan University and the Technical Colleges must be requested directly from the university/college that you took courses from.
Colleges/Universities will not give you college credit on their transcript unless you have completed the necessary steps above to obtain the transcripts.
