Special foods at the fiesta included, salsa and chips, enchiladas, chicken quesadillas, Mexican pizza, and loaded nachos! Of course, there were American options for food, such as macaroni and cheese, as well!
Mrs. Dahme’s third grade class had a fiesta for lunch provided by their classroom volunteer Karin Escalante!
