Date change! The Girl Scout event is tonight (Tuesday, August 30) from 5:30-7:00 at Monroe Park!
Our PTO meeting is tomorrow (Tuesday, August 23rd) at 3:30 pm in the Longfellow conference room. All parents are welcome! We'll spend most of the meeting planning our Decade Disco for September.
So, who is more tired after the first day; students or staff? Hard to say. We had a great first day of school and day two was even better. Our lions are already getting settled in. We loved seeing the students again and are blown away by how much some of them have grown. WOW!! What have you guys been feeding these kids? We love your kiddos more than you know and are so glad to be back "home" again at Longfellow!
It was great to see all the Longfellow families at open house last evening! We look forward to a fabulous year!!
