Due to the MHS girl's basket ball team going to the state tournament this week, we will not have our school store open this Friday, 3/8/24. Instead, we will have it on Wednesday, 3/13/24. Good luck to our very own, Miss Mertens, who coaches, and the rest of the Kernel Girls Basketball!!

You will usually find Mr. Damon (custodian/maintenance) in the hallways, keeping our 1st floor clean and tiddy. This morning, the kids found him on the playground and challenged him to a game of soccer.

The Mitchell School District celebrated their district Teachers of the Year and Classified Staff of the Year on Wednesday, February 28th at the Sherman Center on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan. Angela Putnam was chosen as District Classified Staff of the Year and Molly Becker was chosen as District Teacher of the Year.
